Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you book a call, fill in our contact form, or work with us on an engagement — such as your name, work email, company, and the details of what you're trying to build. We also collect information via our website analytics, and during projects we handle the engagement communications and materials your team shares with us, as described in our Security & Trust page.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, to deliver and improve our consulting services, and to communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the materials you share with us during an engagement for any purpose other than serving your project.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses a small number of first-party cookies to remember your preferences and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. You can reject non-essential cookies from the consent banner without losing access to any content.

Sharing

We share information only with the subprocessors that help us operate — hosting, email, scheduling, and analytics — under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law, and we will tell you unless legally prevented from doing so.

Retention

We keep contact and engagement information for as long as our working relationship is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal, contractual, and accounting obligations. Materials shared with us during a project are retained under the terms of the engagement and returned or deleted when it concludes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@starwatchlabs.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the revised policy.
